Pre-qualification ensures that your consultation goes beyond a mere Q&A session about your services, instead you’ll be able to  delve deeper into how you can help solve the client their problem.

 

3. Build Trust and Authority – Build on your initial conversation with additional questions to gain a deeper understanding of your client's issues. This isn't about exploiting pain points to manipulate decisions; it's about acting as a consultant, gathering information to present a tailored potential solution.

 

4. Make a Compelling Presentation - Utilise visuals, logic, and emotion to present your solution. Including these elements allows your client to fully grasp how they can achieve their goals by choosing to work with you. Note; you are also deciding if you want to work with them.

 

5. Be Quiet - After presenting your solution, embrace silence. This moment allows clients to reflect on your presentation, ask additional questions, and solidify the connection you've built. Too much talking post-presentation can dilute the impact.

 

The Impact of Structure - Implementing this structured approach not only elevates consultation conversion rates but also provides a benchmark for performance evaluation.
